Katz); and internships in the IPO of Lisbon (Head and Neck Surgery Service) and Porto (Surgical Oncology Service) and in the Otorhinolaryngology Departments of the Ospedale Maggiore Policlinico di Milano<\/em> (Prof. P. Capaccio) and the Universit\u00e4tsklinikum Erlangen<\/em> (Prof.M.
